CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR SALE

IRON RODS

Iron rods come in different sizes, sometimes the structural engineer may recommend 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 10mm, 8mm, or others depending on the strength of the material and other design specifications. There are four types of iron rods used for load-bearing purposes.

CEMENT

Cement is mainly used as a binder in concrete, which is a basic material for all types of construction, including housing, roads, schools, hospitals, dams and ports, as well as for decorative applications (for patios, floors, staircases, driveways, pool decks) and items like tables, sculptures or bookcases.

BUILDING BLOCKS

Concrete blocks are a type of construction material used in the construction of buildings or other structures. These blocks are used to build walls or columns and when combined with other materials they become fire and flood resistant structures.

GRANITE STONES

It is used to make countertops, floor tiles, paving stone, curbing, stair treads, building veneer, and cemetery monuments. Granite is used all around us - especially in building the infrastructure of modern-day cities. Slow crystallisation of magma below the earth's surface leads to the formation of granite rock.

RED GRANITE

RED GRAVEL 20MM IS COMMONLY USED FOR CREATING DRIVEWAYS, PATHS, PARKING SPACES, FOOTPATHS AND OTHER STRONG AND COMPACTED DECORATIVE FINISHES.

CRUSHED STONE SAND

As filter stone. As composite material (with a binder) in concrete, tarmac, and asphalt concrete. In landscaping as a groundcover, walkway and driveway pavement, and infill for permeable pavers. As a mineral groundcover its benefits include erosion control, water conservation, weed suppression, and aesthetics.

INDUSTRIAL SAND

Industrial Sand – High-purity silica sand, known as industrial sand, is used in a range of construction projects. It's added to specialty cement, roofing shingles, and asphalt mixtures, providing flexible strength and packing density

PIT SAND

This type of sand has a gritty texture, setting it apart from the smoother river sand. It finds application in various construction tasks, including surface leveling, as a bedding material for pavement stones, and as a base for laying pipes and utilities

MANUFACTURED SAND(M-SAND)

Manufactured sand (M-Sand) is artificial sand produced from crushing hard stones into small sand sized angular shaped particles, washed and finely graded to be used as construction aggregate. It is a superior alternative to River Sand for construction purpose.

RIVER SAND

Due to its workability, river sand is a type of sand used in construction tasks that require precision and attention to detail, such as bricklaying, plastering, and concrete mixing. Its rounded particles make it easy to mix and place accurately, making it a popular choice for projects demanding precision.

RED SAND

With its smooth consistency, red building sand can be used for various construction purposes, some of which include: When mixed with cement, this sand offers a smooth bricklaying or pointing mortar.

MASONRY SAND

Overall, masonry sand is a versatile material that is essential in the construction industry. Its fine texture, consistent size, and absence of impurities make it the preferred choice for creating mortar, setting brick and pavers, creating concrete, and landscaping projects.

UTILITY SAND

Utility sand, sometimes known as fill sand or backfill sand, is distinguished by its coarse texture, which enables easy compaction. It primarily serves the purpose of filling voids or trenches in construction projects, such as landscaping, pipe bedding, and filling large excavated areas..

YELLOW SAND

One of the most popular formats used for masonry and bricklaying, yellow brickies sand has a high clay content and water-repellent nature suitable for a wide range of paving, filling, and bricklaying uses.

FILL SAND

Fill sand is a type of sand that is used primarily for filling purposes. It is often a 'reject' sand left over from the screening process as it doesn't quite conform to alternative specs. Fill sand typically compacts very well so it is well suited for lots of different construction applications.
